I doubt its the case but is ammonia high?Ok now I’m concerned:
Losses in last 60 days so far: Rock beauty, Marine betta, orchid dottyback and now a regal angel ( still alive but barely)
Any help, even guesses appreciated
( tank params are perfect but coral growth is slow)
If you don’t mind a lil back n forth I’ll repost at lights on 9a ESTWhat fish remain?
Can you get a video of them?
Do you think these losses are all related?
It isn’t likely to be water quality issues.
I did loose a few fish a few months earlier from a female tomato that went off the rails, but tank is “bong water” peacefulI don't see any signs of damage from aggression
actually thats not unrealistic , I’ve seen that before but usually you get a “feel” of that issue from the breathing rate: emphasis on “usually” …. I’ll try to post a vid in a few hereI doubt its the case but is ammonia high?
True, but the haze might be optical from the nasty glass,Any algae blooms?
Hazy water is a sign of an algae bloom explosion.... during such time the algae explosion robs the Oxygen levels to fatal levels
There is a chance that your equipment/hardware may be faulty, and could be leaching plastics and other harmful materials in your water, in which no ordinary test kit will detect.Ok now I’m concerned:

Any change in water or type? Are RODI cartridges expired for use?
Any new additions to tank, prior to this event(s)?
Nitrate is elevated a little but not considered lethal. Can you post a short video or pics of tank showing water haziness under white light intensity?
I'm sorry to jump off topic. How did you get you np stats to show up on the water quality report?
I went low tech and took a picture of the screenshotI'm sorry to jump off topic. How did you get you np stats to show up on the water quality report?
Your Nitrate is high but you should be posting Salinity, Ammonia & Nitrite
