How to acclimate Corals to your Reef Tank
I didn't realize acclimation could take hours. I have only been doing it around 30-45 minutes. I guess some are more delicate and it would ensure better results acclimating for a couple hours.
This again is highly dependant on the type of coral, I normally Qt corals a couple of weeks and only dip the first time and dip right when reomoving them some corals I dip multiple times Scott [HASH=73472]#ExtremeCorals[/HASH]Thanks! So for shipped corals, put them in QT after acclimation first and then dip a few days later. How long in total do you recommend QT, and do you suggest multiple dips over time at some interval to kill newly hatched eggs?
