I am looking at Tunze Comline DOC 9012 DC to use on a Cade 600 Reef AIO system. The total capacity is 70 gallons. Sump water height is about 9 3/4 inches. I plan on this being heavily stocked LPS and fish some sps. I need the skimmer to be very quiet as this is a family room. Would love input on this skimmer for these specs. Thank you in advance.

I have the non DC version on my 75. I think it does a good job. Pretty easy to set up.

The issue is the level of water. The skimmer has to be in the water enough to get to the teeth.

I had this skimmer and it was amazing in my 90 but the amount of micro bubbles it produced drove me crazy. So i got a new tank with the skimmer in the sump i went a different direction.
