Exact idip 570, can you use other tests besides the ones specific to the 570?

I just bought the 570. On the list of tests it will complete on the website, it has a Nitrate test (486655 test strip), but it does not list it on the manual. I ordered them thinking it would work, but when I went to try it, I realized I needed to purchase a test that was not a 570 test. I purchased it, it shows up with the check mark and says I have already purchased it, but it does not show up in my test selections drop down. It only shows tests for 570. Is there any way you can test for things other than the 570 tests specifically?
