I have my controller on the cabinet unplugged. If I need to use it then I plug it in and after the use unplugged and back to the cabinet. You don’t need to have it plugged all time.

So the time on the front never changes when plugged in?Thank you, I've tried this probably 50 times and still nothing

F channel is for the hybrid lights to cut on or off.hi guys
quick question- My remote has an "F" channel "on/off" when i go into the programming in order to set custom ramps
Im guessing this lets you omit/add that particular time point to the F program Demo, so that you dont waste a bunch of the demo on the overnight 'all off' section.
Is that correct?
thanks
That is a yes to everythingFew quick questions about controller. I will start playing with it soon, but want to make sure I understand.
M (Manual mode) means that I can set 5 channels at what ever intensity, and lights will be using that setting 24/7, no ramp up/ramp down and so on. Correct?
If above is correct, when do lights turn on and off in manual mode? There is no setting for that.
SPS, LPS and SPS/LPS modes are just 3 names used. There is absolutely no difference in spectrum etc between the 3. If I use exact same time and power settings between SPS and LPS modes for example, I will get identical results. Correct?
Based on the answers to these, I may have few more questions haha
Thanks
That is a yes to everything
Manual mode will not nut off unless at zero percent or the power is cut off.
OMG I need to read before postingThank you sir. And your Freudian slip gave me a great laugh (nut off)
I soooooooooo wish the controller had a literal off/on button.
I’m going to have to either duck down into the back of the cabinet and pull the plug, or get a ladder to reach up and turn off the power strip.
Or get a $12 remote switch. That would work.
Ignore me- you didn’t need to be here for any of that, apparently
Yeah that remote. I actually just found out today that it is useless if it is not plugged in al l the time. I plugged it in a week ago, it charged, and I disconnected it thinking battery is full. Tried to turn it on today, no dice. Then I read that there is really no battery inside, or it is good for like an hour maybe ;Bored
