Everything I need to know about long tentacle anemones

Hey guys it’s been a while but I’ve started up the hobby again and i want to create a mixed reef with some long tentacle anemones I have a 55 gallon aquarium and it’s been up for almost a year and a half parameters are all good except calcium is very high and I don’t know how to lower it but I think I’m ready for some anemones. I have a maroon clownfish and a saddle puffer and a bunch of live rock and that’s it. I want to get the nems first so they can find there happy place without hurting any coral I buy. I’m very interested in long tentacle anemones I’ve had them in the past and they did great but didn’t know to much about them. I want to know everything I can about them and how to take care of them.
