I still have a blue hornet. Its gotten a little bigger but no baby yet. Isn't there a way to extend checkout time in an event like this? I have gotten a little puff of hair algae around it so im gonna have to use tweezers to pluck it off. Thanks Rob...I know its not easy to keep up with all this stuff.

Not a problem, we do not have a waiting list on the Blue Hornets. Give us an update before the April meeting and we can take it from there.

I will be returning the Blue hornet this week. There are two full sized and one small polyp on it. I would like to know if there will be a SC Utter Chaos or Red Hornet available? If so I would like to try one of them when I return the blue hornet.

i have the utter chaos, as well as a non club mini colony of blue hornets. zoas grow wild in my tank for some reason, engloid you are welcome to try and grow it out in my tank, i've seen incredible growth from all my zoos (atleast two full sized polyps per month sometimes more) I think rob can attest to this.

im figuring if I cant get another polyp in the month I will just give it back and give up on them till I buy some or something. Thanks for offering. What are your water parameters?

Cory, I think it's safe to assume your phos is super low due to the fact that your display is void of any nuisance algae.

Yeah I tested yesterday with the Hannah Checker and read all zeros. Salifert kit stayed clear. Actually kinda worries me so I cut off the gfo and started feeding daily again to see if I can get some phosphate as I likely need some for better growth. Maybe running just boo pellets will keep nitrate down an phosphate up.
