Hi everyone! I tried to searching to see if I could find anyone with a similar issue, but I haven't seen a post yet. I purchased a new Eshopps Deskmate Florida 9 gallon tank and received it super quickly. Aside from a few minor scuffs in the acrylic, everything looked good... but then I noticed an odd line that goes down one side of the tank's acrylic. It's incredibly hard to photograph/video, but super apparent in person. It looks like the solvent used to bond the sump wall in place leaked out into the display area and maybe they just tried buffing it out... It's definitely not cracked. Won't leak, but a bummer for the clarity given the price of the tank.

I'm wondering if anyone has seen anything like this in the Deskmate line. I haven't yet contacted @ESHOPPS.INC being it's after hours, just curious if anyone has run into this.

Couldn't find any warranty/support contact info for @ESHOPPS.INC so I called the main line, they instructed me to email their sales email address with pictures, proof of purchase, and my info in case they needed it. Has been over a day and still waiting for a response back. Just updating for posterity in case anyone searches for Eshopps warranty info later.

Mine came in perfect. I have no idea what that could be from
No idea - but I haven’t get a response from @ESHOPPS.INC. I reached out to the place I ordered from and they told me I needed to talk to Eshopps being it’s a manufacturing defect and not a shipping problem, so my project is just delayed until I hear something back. :(

Do they have a customer service number?
Just a main number, I called that first. They told me to send the email for support and it has been radio silence since.

I will call them back tomorrow and see if they can take a look and respond soon.

Well, I received a replacement tank - no updates from @ESHOPPS.INC about that, it just showed up randomly - but thankful they sent a replacement… until I opened it up and somehow it’s worse than the first one. :(

This one has scuffs/scratches, is missing two feet, and the front bent corners appear to have been bent poorly or show defects. I updated them in email and sent them pictures… but this is getting ridiculous.

Not sure what to do at this point. First replacement tank took 14 days. I guess I’ll see what they say. :(
