I would say RO/DI unit. This way you know how pure your water is and not rely on LFS having changed the media.

My current set up with some upgrades to the plumbing and sound barriers. I love the size I have. Works great for me.

Algae scrubber of some sort. Personally I like the upflow on the side or surfing. Just get the job done and great breeding for pods.

Kauai is the best, we lived there for a summer in 2011. I can't believe it has been a decade, time to go back!

For me like many others having an RODI is the best piece of equipment you can own
