Is that a good price?, I haven’t had an outside vendor print something other than a couple t shirts in long time.
They charge $0.10 a gram. Not bad considering buying the printer would cost me about $400 minimum for the one I want, plus the filament.

30%. The doser isn't very heavy but 15% is standard and that's pretty empty inside the print.
I run most of my prints 15-25%, seems sturdy enough. One of my issues now is bed adhesion. Tried several different types and cleaning, glue, certain things stick well and others don't.

It might get better if I ever build that enclosure.

I had one thing I designed at 15% that failed but it was 1/16" thick and I don't think it got a good connection at the joint. The brackets sheared off almost perfectly flush

Cool. Give it a little longer, just like most everything they’ll start importing from China or Mexico. Then it’ll be half the price but last 1/10th as long.

Well, my daughter wants to start taking some CAD classes so we're going to submit some CAD curriculum and a 3D printer. If it's approved we'll be reimbursed for the printer.

By the way @stoney7713 and @sadrobotz , take a look at their website they’ve still got things available at sale prices from the last one. At the very least it’ll give you an idea of what they sell beyond zoas at the sales. @Zoanthids , will the corals that are still showing be available at the sale tomorrow?
Some of them will be, most will be new items

Wall strength, how many walls do they print? But yeah that's king of thin depending on the application.

Now ya got me wondering about the thickness of the frag rack... They are super sturdy, I've used one for almost 2 months.

About 2mm or 1/12 of an inch but you can see they have a curve on the inside corner. Also due to the # of walls it's near 100%.

Next frag racks will have magnets, so I will probably increase the thickness.

I use suction cups from Walmart and I can't believe how well they stick. LOL

I think my failure was a possible design flaw so I've changed the way I make those connections.

When you get a printer you will find yourself printing the same thing over and over, making tiny improvements. I thing I have 5 or 6 bristleworm traps. The kids ran off with most of them. They like putting things in them... Idk
