General Tso is changing weekly it seems.

Been noticing small light patches on him sometimes, and was reading these could indicate stress. (They come and go within hours.). Thinking it’s the Carib blue’s spastic rants against the glass and it being a food bully. (Trap set for the blue tang)

Tso daily diet: clams, krill, nori soaked in AngelLixer, pellets, ROE and home made frozen mix.

My wife recognized my need for a larger aquarium for my good buddy here. I am calling out an engineer to confirm if my first story can hold the weight of a 4-500 gallon tank. I'm feeling confident since we have n I-beam running under the center of the house This is a multi year project but it is about to begin!!!

My wife recognized my need for a larger aquarium for my good buddy here. I am calling out an engineer to confirm if my first story can hold the weight of a 4-500 gallon tank. I'm feeling confident since we have n I-beam running under the center of the house This is a multi year project but it is about to begin!!!

I had a question for those watching the maturation process. My fish looks patchy at times and almost unhealthy compared to the look of my other fish. I am assuming this is mostly due to the morph and possibly some zootoxins from the zoas he likes to munch.

I disregard the look mainly because there has been no changes in his behavior and I haven't added anything into the tank for 2 years. I've had the angel since May 2019 so no reason to think it's anything other than part of the change process.

Found a way to keep a few zoas and palys with an emperor!
Place zoas/palys under toxic sps or BTAs hosting a territorial clownfish pair.

Anyone else do this?

Absolutely love these fish.

I doubt one would be happy in my 50g tank so I'll live vicariously through you guys thanks!
