It could be that there is something irritating it. But based on the full tank shots you've provided, I would say that your corals are surviving, but not thriving. I think they could be happier.
So time to get my parameters better is what you're saying

I think that would be a good place to start. Make your changes gradually so as to not stress them even more than they already are.

Once your parameters are tweaked, then keep them there for a month and monitor them. If nothing has changed, we can look elsewhere.

Again go slow. Your corals aren't in imminent danger.

Weekly dosing is fine, if your parameters are stable with weekly dosing. If they aren't, weekly dosing is not fine.
I'd probably have to invest in a doser if I were to dose daily...very tedious by hand

It's not about the number, it's about the percentage of difference. If a number starts at 8 and drops to 6, it's dropped by 25%. That's a pretty significant change.

That's why dosers exist!
Good point. Getting more equipment was something I was trying to avoid for such a small tank but it might be unavoidable. Do you have any suggestions for a cheap doser?

Just did some water testing today.
Alk is 8.8, Calcium is 415 (dosed a little bit), magnesium is 1200. I would like to get that number up but do not have any ESV for Mag on hand.

Also, I noticed some hairy things popping up between the polyps. I'll attach a picture and let me know what you guys think

I personally don't, sorry. I don't have many stony corals, and they aren't too fast-growing, so water changes keep my numbers up fine.
I wonder if Kalk in my upside down water bottle would do the trick
