I've decided that with the amount of time I work right now, it's just too much effort to keep multiple tanks going. I'm going to part with my 180g setup if I can find it a good home.

The tank is a 180g with dual corner overflows. The back glass is tinted.

The stand is homemade with a homemade hood. (If I were taking it all down and moving it again, I would put new doors on the stand)

The light is a 72" metal halide with three 250w bulbs and 4 actinic power compacts.

The sump is a 55g tank. It has a reef octopus 200 skimmer and a Quiet Ones 1300gph return pump.

There's about 100lbs of rock and 80lbs of sand in the tank.

Livestock includes a volitan lionfish, blue hippo tang, sailfin tang, niger trigger, blue devil damsel, and aiptasia-eating filefish. There are a couple of corals on the rocks as well (a rock of palys, kenya tree, and some red mushrooms).

Right now, I would like to sell it all together for $1000. If there is interest in everything, I would consider parting it out. I'll get the it cleaned up real well tomorrow and get some pictures.

I finally had a day off and was able to clean the glass up on the tank. Unfortunately, all of the fish decided to hide except the lion.

Jeremy did you ever sell that 180? Jake said someone keeps coming into the store and asking about it. You might want to talk to him about who it is (though you probably already have!).

Still have it. Jake came over the other night and he thinks it's an acrylic tank rather than glass. It has a couple of spots with very fine scratches on it.

Weird...how heavy was it when you put the tank into the house? That should be a dead giveaway, shouldn't it?

It took 4 of us to move it in the house. I'm almost positive it's glass.

two folks, if they make a really good face, can move my 300 or 375. I used my homemade "dolly" though.

I agree. It is most likely glass.

Eddie, are your tanks acrylic?

The light is for sale. I'll take $350 for it.

Oh, yes. The 375g is 96x30x30. The 300g is 96x30x24. Both are acrylic.
