I have a piece of mystic sunset that browns up ugly under 200 par. If I get it up over 300 it colors up very well. Judging by other pieces in your tank (they look young, but good/healthy) and your reported numbers, this has to be lighting related. It's been like this for six months.

I'm a goober hobbyist, so take it for what it's worth. If it were mine, I would be moving it into more light.
its actually in the top, you can see it in the second picLooks like its down beside a chalice and gsp. Monti likes way more light than these corals. Browning out IMO is usually caused by low light or higher nutrients, in this case I'm guessing low light.
