i do!
Make sure one end is open for air. the other end of the scrubber should have a tube, 1/4" or 1/2" depending on the scrubber/skimmer you have, then run that tube up to the previous spot on your skimmer in which the air tube was entering.
So one side of this should remain open, without a tube, just like in this image.

Then on your skimmer,

Ok so I have the two lil fishes media reactor it came without the guts, could I still use it as I intend or will I need the guts (the tube and baffles) or should the CO2 media be corse enough for air to flow and still allow my skimmer to function properly....

Better yet is to connect the air intake end of the scrubber to your skimmer collection cup so as to recirculate with moist air…
Just be careful that a cup overflow can’t get sucked into the scrubber…

If u have a co2 scrubber hooked up through skimmer please show me how!! Tyia!!
It’s real easy, keep the Skimmer next to the CO2 Scrubber, and on the bottom of the Skimmer there is a Venturi pump, connect a hose to the inlet of the Venturi and then connect the hose to the outlet of your CO2 Scrubber, after a while the pink Absorbent will change to a white color, that’s how you know it is working.

FWIW, I would not use a scrubber in recirculating air mode without somehow letting in some fresh air continually. It gives up the oxygenating ability of the skimmer to do so.
