Those things do all kinds of weird stuffWhat’s interesting is that with no load you get the light on the power supply but with load the little led light goes out?
Under loadI hear a pop sound when I plug it in like maybe a short?
Really? I had some of my a360s for over 4 years then sold them off, they ran great the entire time. I had over 6 of them at one point, and none ever failed. Maybe a quality control issue?Ironic. The Kessil 360WE is the light that I found that does not generally last for 5 years …. At least, they have not for me. Most failed within 3 years. I replace d them with the 360x, which has done better, but still not great. My Radion G4 pros have been much more enduring.
That’s from stored energy in capacitorsThose things do all kinds of weird stuff
Say, stay on for 15 seconds after unplugging them
I wouldn't use it to troubleshoot
I honestly would start with a new power supplyPop sound comes from plug into unit under load.

YupThat’s from stored energy in capacitors
I honestly would start with a new power supply
Make you see stars at leastYes, i know about capacitors. Capacitors can kill in some devices.
If you like the 26 and its results get a 32hd. Want more spread and power run 2.I have a Hydra 26 and now my power supply looks like it went out. Do you need to replace the lights eventually? What would be a good replacement light? I have a red sea max e 170.
I found one it's a little more amps though. I don't think it matters because device is going to pull what it needs correct? Current power supply 36V 2.5A one I found 36V 3A. I do think it matters more with voltage. Power supply rating is max voltage and amps, I think I am correct lolSame
But I have had phone chargers pop like that, usually the fast charging ones
I would definitely get a new power supply for the light, though
I don't think it would be all that hard to get a new one with the same ratings
Op tank is just under 24”. It’s like just outside the range for a xr15.If you like the 26 and its results get a 32hd. Want more spread and power run 2.
Radions, 3 xr15's or 1 30.
Another good option RB's Photon 24 for quite a bit less.
I Run 2 on my main display and 3 Xr15's g5 blues on my 50g for proper par.
Current 50, 30×24×16.
You have this on hand?I found one it's a little more amps though. I don't think it matters because device is going to pull what it needs correct? Current power supply 36V 2.5A one I found 36V 3A. YupYou have this on hand?
Yes as long as voltage is correct and amps is equal or greater. The light will pull what it needs
Also assuming the barrel connector is the same
I remember reading somewhere that any LED after it's initial "burn in" maintains roughly 85%-90% of its brightness until it eventually fails
