Do Gorgonian sheds upset corals like Leathers?

I was thinking of trying out a gorgonian but can't find out if their sheds upset LPS/SPS similar to standard leathers. My tank is only a 20g, and packed with euphyllia and Micromussa's.

they don't shed. At least IME, I have several of them, never saw them shed.
