Does something exist online that I could use to deism my sump? I already have it on graph paper but would like some input. Additionally could I get some feed back on my sump design. The sump is a 40 breeder. My skimmer is a reef octopus INT150.

Looks nice. Was it worth the $155? I’m curious if a separate ATO reservoir would be better.I have the same sump and same skimmer. Got baffle kit off ebay from here...
Triton Refugium baffle kit - 40 Gallon Breeder | eBay
Refugium / Sump kit is for a 40 Aqueon gallon breeder aquarium (36.1875" x 18.125"X 16.9375"). all that is needed is aquarium safe silicone and a 40 gallon breeder aquarium. The kit is good for 60-110 gal Display aquariums.www.ebay.com
A lot of "worth" goes into this hobby...yes a separate ATO is better...5 gallon "fish" tank right next to breeder.Looks nice. Was it worth the $155? I’m curious if a separate ATO reservoir would be better.
I really like what you did with this sump.Fusion 360 hobbie is free this was my 40g breeder sump I built
Based on the price of acrylic it appears to be worth it.A lot of "worth" goes into this hobby...yes a separate ATO is better...5 gallon "fish" tank right next to breeder.
very good point.I notice in your sketch the baffle leading to the return chamber forces the water over the top instead of below. You should re consider the locations of the baffles so the water will flow below the baffle into the return chamber so air bubbles will not be created and forced back into the display. The bubbles will make the water appear almost cloudy in the DT.
To reduce the cost, I used ceramic tile to build the baffles. It was a lot cheaper than either glass or acrylic (about $1 per baffle). Also, depending on the size of your return pump, you may need a larger return chamber than what the sketch seems to show. I use an external bucket for the ATO water instead of using a chamber in the sump. Although, my sump is a 29 gallon tank rather than a 40 tank.
Sooo....Did you ever find one? I would love it if there was one out there.Does something exist online that I could use to deism my sump? I already have it on graph paper but would like some input.
