Dinos and Cyano or Just Cyano?

Need help identifying this issue. I have a microscope on the way but I was convinced this was dinos until this morning it looks like I either have both or this may just be only cyano?

Looks like both to me. Very common in new tanks. Cyano is really easy to siphon off. Thats the stuff that is stringy and looks like snot. If your tank is cycled you can add some nassarius snails and/or a fighting conch to help stir the sand bed and keep stuff from getting a foothold. Cyano will also tell you where you have dead spots in flow, though sometimes not avoidable with a scape like yours. I have the same problem and overcame it by putting a powerhead on my back wall that blows through the center.
