Did i hurt it? Candy coral with tear.

A few mornings ago I noticed a couple of my corals that I thought were glued on the sand. I picked them up and reglued them back on the rock. Shortly after I saw a small tear on the candy cane coral. Now that tear has gotten bigger over time. It's puffed up and other than the tear, looks fine. But I really want to get your feed back.

Sometimes corals will split by tearing.

Mine did this recently, as mentioned that is how they split. Looks puffy so I would go with that personally
