Added a bonded pair of diamond watchman gobies at the end of July. I’m 99% sure they now have eggs in their den. One is buried in the den and from under the tank I can see what I believe to be the eggs by the male who is guarding the eggs. All entrances to the den are blocked.
what can I do in the few days I have before they hatch to prepare to catch and raise the new little swimmers?

Hmm...the larvae will most likely be pelagic, so look into either buying or making a larval trap. Also look into buying a rotifer culture (L or S strain), and its food, which you can (hopefully) feed to the larvae when you've set everything up. Also consider buying Wittenrich's "Breeder's Guide" to get you updated on what's typically associated with larval care.

Good luck!

I can’t get any good pics. They’ve dug their den down to the glass so I can see from underneath the tank. There’s a glob of something down there with him.
I’m ordering some rots now. Just don’t know if I should take the eggs out before they hatch or try to catch them after.

Let the parents do the work

I’ve got a six line, coral beauty, and 2 clowns. Will the parents protect from them?
They'll most likely protect the nest (hence why all the entrances are blocked except one maybe), but after the eggs hatch, the larvae will probably be on their own.

I remember reading about watchman goby breeding once. The breeder said that they had to feed the fry with s type rotifers I believe. I would try to order some of those from reed mariculture if you can.
