Hope they do to.Finished aclimating 48 oysters, 1 oyster didn't make it. Hoping they pre-filter h2o
Of all the mollusk, oysters most efficient at filtering . Out of 48, I'm hoping 24 survive. I use to have them 10/2017 see picture (refugium)Hope they do to.
I can see it now, the oyster spawn and the nps go crazy with feeding lol.Of all the mollusk, oysters most efficient. Out of 48, I'm hoping 24 survive. I use to have them 10/2017 see picture (refugium)
The other reason I have them, trying to fool the dendronephthya and scleronephthya colonies into think their still in the ocean, my hypothesis.
How long to grow? Curious. Amazing@Jomama
I thought you may like this. My gorg is hungry lol. Lights are just starting to ramp down and it is all out snagging food lol. Started as a 3” little fella and is now about 7”.
Just a bit over a year. I have recently started dripping phyto and dosing a mix of powdered foods. The PE on it has been seen more often with lights on, which I love. So hopefully it will grow a little quicker, as it will be moving to a seahorse only tank once it cycles. I want it to be the centerpiece. I have some photosynthetic gorgs as well, but to me they just are not as good looking. NPS critters always seem to have the best colors. Eye popping colors and you do not need UV or blue to bring it out.How long to grow? Curious. Amazing
