Hi. I have a question on how to put a different DC pump on a Deltec CRTT reactor.
This reactor has a control board, that has a three wire output mated to a Jabeo DC pump. The exact pump is no longer being made and the Deltec solution - if your cheap pump fails- is to sell the user a whole new control board to use with a new Jabeo DC pump (400 dollars to deal with a 30 dollar pump failure).
I am trying to figure out how to use a different DC pump with the legacy controller. Some have tried a new DC pump and claimed it would not work. Why not... it's just a 24 v output right??? How complicated is it to make a DC pump run?
