Played with a few ideas for scaping, gave up because if all goes according to plan it'll be overgrown with coral anyway.

Black background is on, yeah yeah I know.

Rock is back in the big tank again until it's time to get the tank wet.

New problem, where do I want to keep this guy? I'm thinking on my desk in the corner here, but I'm not convinced yet.

It's small enough... just take it with you to whatever room your in. On your desk, kitchen counter, back of the toilet, night stand, in your car on the dash...

It's a to go reef

Darn ebay and no tray. Boo hoo.
3d printed the black lid.

Smart outlet arrived and programmed for the light.

Sweet, I was just looking at this exact thing for my freshwater tank, and thought I'd totally should be able to use it on the mini. Great minds think alike. Are the usb ports at the top controllable too?

Love the stiletto nails, I've been too busy to sit down and do mine.

All three outlets are separate controls, the 3 USB control as one though - I plan on plugging the pump into the outlet instead and the light into the USB.

And thanks!

Any updates? I’m excited for this!

The black lid did look really good.
No updates right now.

One: I'm in Virginia

Two: the event starts October 1st.

When I get home I'll start playing with official scaping ideas, I thought I knew what I wanted to do but now I'm triple guessing it.

Also considering using a cheap dosing system for awc

Home, after quite a bit of research, I feel comfortable playing with a cheap 2 head jebao for awc on this. I'm just trying to map out desk space for it & reservoirs right now. I don't think I would run this test on my 4g pico and I certainly wouldn't run it on the big tank - but this is such a small volume and a project in itself that I'm kinda in the *whats the worst that can happen* mode to begin with.

If my migraine goes away by the time I'm off work today I plan to get the tank wet. It might have to wait a couple days though
