Cyanobacteria I’ve tried everything!!!!

I always suck out as much cyano as possible them use chemi-clean to finish it off! While you're doing this find out what's causing the issue!

Could be my isssue I’m in San Antonio tx and my tank gets mild light from the window
This is my setup and the window faces south. I used to get cyano outbreaks every spring or early summer with the longer days. Better management of nitrates and phosphates helped a lot, but I still get a small amount (exactly this time of year) and manage by siphoning it off. Dealing with it right now actually.
