custom coast to coast overflow

I was looking for some input on my drawing I've seen a few people running these through the rear of their tank without boxes used outside the tank. mine in a see through tank and I only have room on the sides about 15" so I thought about a coast to coast setup. you can see the pics to understand. it's a 125 gallon. would this work and would it be quite? I'd also install gate valves to adjust flow. any input. thanks

I’m no pro but two drains sharing one airway sounds noisey even on paper

We don’t have a coast to coast overflow. One of the things I’d love to change is my current drain situation. Just got two drains in a overflow box.

Redoing the furniture to add more headroom, rearrange lights and try to make my overflow quieter. To noisy :-(

update: got a first coat of paint on now time to start the doors.

Looooonnnnngggggg process but I'm making progress. Here's a few updated pics of sump room and mixing station as it sits. Just finished building my apex cabinet. Just slot of wiring to hide now.
