Not to mention it's like 5k+ in livestock alone. I have trouble taking those posts seriously because who is shelling out that sort of livestock cost on an 80 gallon.
I missed something interesting, shame on me.

I occasionally pop into the new hobbyist stocking list question zone where @Slocke is the primary question answerer, and there has been 1 particularly tough case to crack over the last few days lol

If it helps, you do hero work with that thread. Answering those sorts of questions is exhausting when people won't listen when you subtley tell them something is a bad idea. People new to the hobby see display tanks that have taken a few calculated risks after years in the hobby and think "I'm going take all of those calculated risks at once and have the coolest tank ever." You provide a great service to a lot of people that hopefully far outweighs the psychic damage the hard headed ones do hahaha
Thanks!
Usually I enjoy helping. Haha

Hey man any new FTS?:D
I'll post one when I get home today. Gotta do it subtlely so gf doesn't realize I'm slipping away from date night dinner cooking to post a picture for my fellow internet fish nerds lololol.

Speaking of, I'm considering getting an IM 15 gallon AIO for my desk to do a freshwater betta and shrimp planted tank

Hilarious how fish behavior works. Cleaner goby started to realize it was a barnacle cluster it could weave in and out of after about 2 week yesterday. Come today midas has claimed it and gently coaxes cleaner goby to smallest barnacle. Fish are so funny

I got an IM15, a 14w controllable light (gonna add 1 more if need be), purigen, bio balls, 100w Jager, 2 9-14" pieces of driftwood, and a lid! Gonna line it with tropica aquarium soil then a bunch of rocks from my gf's rock collection
