Caught this little guy, would Like to note I have caught a bigger worm before and killed it not knowing what is was, then I found out it was a bristle worm and they are actually good. I saw another one a couple of weeks back and I couldn't catch a picture of it before it went back in my rocks. But I turned over my GSP on my sand bed and this little guy was hanging out under it. Anyone help me ID it and decide if I should throw him back in if he is a good CUC and not a pest? Thanks to all who can help! The picture with alot of things inside of the foam cup is the worm I caught a month or two back, you guys think its the same or different?

Yup, bristle worm. They are good scavengers but they can also over run a system given time. I won't put lot of effort in removing them but using teh reasoning "too much of a good thing is bad" I'll remove any if it's convenient.
