You got is a really good piece of life rock. There is a hard coral on it, maybe a Porites. The worm either a "peanut worm" or one the thousands of species of worms on the reef. It would take a marine invertebrates biologist to ID it for you.

No doubt, this rock is fully of critters, some bad, most good!
