If your going to base the price around the conception that the seller would in any circumstance have to pay PayPal fees, please just read the rules

It means the fees for PayPal and the shipping fees are included in the prices I’m asking. I am not asking for anything additional in the asking price It’s all inclusive. Hence I wrote PRICE INCLUDE SHIPPING AND PAYPAL FEES. so I am following rules and telling people I am not asking for more.

The rule it's itself when read is a contradiction. I apologize and requested the wording be revised. This on is my bad. It is inherent that the buyer pays fees so PayPal fees are rarely mentioned in posting. I believe they put the rule in place to prevent sellers for asking for a separate transaction to cover fees after the buyer has paid that could potentially be fraudulent. PayPal fees are a constant unlike shipping so a seller incorporating them into the price can accurately be done before hand and rounded to a simpler number. The rule does not say you can't slightly price gouge ahead of time and mentions nothing of at what point PayPal fees are address as such the only application it has is to ban a member in the case that they take b initial payment then request secondary payment at which point it no longer is the sites problem. So I believe it useless in that a mod can't do anything to prevent the buyer from paying fees. If a seller asks buyer pays for fees and is reported he can just raise the asking price and remove anything about fees.

The goods and service transactions should be enforced more and by flagging other payment methods being mentioned it should be easy.

I just like to mention bc people beat up on pricing and as someone including shipping directly in the price I’m asking I like to remind people I’m already spending on shipping and losing fees in the single price I am providing versus someone wanting it and then hearing around new price with shipping.
