Are "Cotton Candy" torches typically larger than others? I have one in my tank that has always been much larger than any other torch I've seen. Heads are easily 2-3x the size of my indo golds.
I have seen Tentacles from the green torch over a foot long. The indo gold was over 15 heads at one point and I've never seen anything longer than maybe 6"

The cotton candy torch I had before I lost it had some of the longer ones I’ve seen my dragon tamer is up there as well. Beautiful by the way!

Mine is the same way. Super long sweeper tentacles. Doesn’t tolerate anything near it. My banana and knicks never ever release sweepers

For reference that’s a 5 head banana and 4 head knicks. The cotton candy is 2 -3 heads

Interesting. It's not just the length of Tentacles. The indo gold heads are maybe 1" diameter max at the skeleton. The green torch, the skeleton is easily 2" wide at the heads.

Wondering if they're a different species or something.
At first, I thought maybe aussie vs indo, but from what I've read, aussie torches are more stubby?

Beautiful torches! I have a Cotton Candy, about 7 heads (just had 3 heads bail, I think to alk drop that I missed) It has a much longer base than my other torches. I’m pretty sure that I haven’t found the sweet spot yet, as the tentacles don’t get very long.

It’s been difficult to maintain the rich green color with pink ends. Love torches, but for being an “easy” coral, I find them challenging. Kudos to you for doing a great job!
