You may have to put those corals high up on your rocks. That will give them a little bit more light and with the power heads a little more flow. I'm hoping this will get them to open up.

I have same tank you have. I think you could cut back a bit on water changes, maybe to 5 liters per week. See if that gets you detectable N&P. Those coral do like the water a bit "dirty." The power head is a good idea.
I see the hole in the back wall is plugged up! That's great! Good idea.
Do you have the little skimmer that fits in the 1st chamber? If you do, don't run it 24/7. I never had one (skimmer), I just have an InTank basket with floss on top, Chemipure blue, then some Poly-Filter pad in the bottom.
Don't use that sponge in the second filter chamber, Put your heater in there, or make a basket for some rock rubble or other media.
Do you use an Auto Top Off to replace water that has evaporated? It is a good investment. If you don't use one, keep an eye on the water level in the chamber with the return pump in it. Keep that at the same level. (That level will drop as water is evaporated away. Replace with fresh water.) Evaporation isn't too bad with the hood on the tank, but it does happen. It's very important to keep salinity steady!
The stock light is fine for soft coral. How long do you run it every day? You can put it on a timer to keep things consistent. Reef tanks LOVE consistency! I run the white stock light about 8 hours per day, but I also have 2 actinic blue light bars in the hood that run longer, and ramp up and down, so YMMV.
Search 'Evo 13.5 upgrades' on the forum and Google. LOT'S of info to be found.
Make sure to have a good clean up crew.
The tank will go through many nasty looking stages before it settles down, it can take a year or more. Just stay with a steady routine of maintenance, water changes, sand vacuuming, rock cleaning, etc, and the good guys will win over the bad guys eventually. DON'T be tempted to do quick fixes by dumping in this algae killer or that cure for XYZ. IMHO, if things get out of hand, and they can, you are better off tearing down the tank, cleaning everything by hand, (search out 'rip clean' on the forum) and putting it back together. Patience is key.

Fast overview of what i can notice:
- Light is probably to weak, your corals are craving for more light.
- Nitrates & phosphates 0 is a problem, do you have a skimmer, if so could it maybe be a too big of a skimmer? (try feeding more or try using the skimmer less) & try cleaning off the algea!
- Go down to weekly 10% water changes, see what that does for you.
-Get more test sets as others suggested, everything is important.
Good that you got a wavemaker, what worked for me with my little tank is putting it a couple inches below water surface (that it doesn't suck up air but makes surface turbulence) & then aim it very slightly down towards the front glass panel, it will bounce off that panel.

Hello nice looking tank. Yes a run an auto top off. I have an upgraded media basket in chamber one ( filterfloss and bio balls) the heater is in chamber two. I run the white light around 10 hours per day on a timer.

Just a quick update…
So I decided to have a rescape of my tank with the help of a guy from my local lfs.
While here he tested my water and all my parameters are fine!!.
The diatoms are finally starting to disappear. The problem is my corals still haven’t opened.
Nitrate 5-10ppm
Salinity 1.026
Alkalinity 7.4
Ph 8
Ammonia 0
Still doing weekly water changes .

Well, that's bad luck. My brush with aipastasia consisted of a single head. It still took out my Xenia frag though.
Glad you're still hanging in there. Are you on top of the aipastasia outbreak?

Hello. Well I have noticed another aipastoa head today so removed frag and removed it with some tweezers hopefully I got rid of it

You won't be able to remove aiptasia with tweezers. Most likely by doing so you are making that aiptasia problem worse.
Can you post a pic, full tank and close up of the pest. NO BLUE LIGHT PICS, JUST WHITE LIGHT. Sorry for yelling, lol, lots of people post pics in blue and you can't see anything.
