Copepod or not?

Found these guys hanging out on my glass. Previous copepods ive had in other tanks are different shapes and white any thought?

Oval/circularly shaped clear with brown pigment. sometimes on their own or two connected together

Ostracods or maybe some kind of isopod would be my first thought - OP, any chance you can get closer up pics? (Like with a jeweler's loupe, microscope, or similar?)

I tried could not get a sample to put under my microscope, will attempt for a better photo

does not appear so, but I dont have any fish that would stand out as “copepod eaters”
