College tank with moorish idol

So I am off to college this summer (UTampa), and I am housing on campus. However the limit is 10 gallons, but I need to take my snowflake eel with me as he is very close to me (had him since childhood, now a massive 29 inches). He lives in a 40g breeder, but I obviously can't bring the tank. But I am not concerned with that, I want a moorish idol also.
I plan to use the HDX 55 gallon storage tote, they won't know it's an aquarium lol. It is 45in x 20in x 19in, which is actually more than 70 gallons.
Recently my moorish idol died in my 125g at the age of 4 after a 2 day power outage. It was awful and the fish was my pride and joy. However, I plan to keep one during college, but I don't know if 70 gallons is enough for this fish. Would it be fine, or is the tank too small? My cleaner wrasse, CBB, green mandarin, and flame angel are going in this tank as well.

I refused to live on campus so I could setup my 185. Increasing your livestock seems ill-advised right now. What is your backup plan when they do figure it out? RA's can be real nosey.

I can live off campus after freshman year with my coworkers. I can then set up a 125 for these fish. However, I need to keep it for a year then I can move out. I am living in single room so I'm the only one in the dorm, that way I can be a lot more discreet. I can give away my fish to others except the eel and moorish idol, if stocking is too much. I do have all but the idol in a 40g with a big refugium that does a great job of nutrient export. All does well for me. Don't know if adding a idol will tip the scale tho.

Focus on school and a large aquarium afterwards. A idol. Has no business in a little 70g bucket... even a 125 is small for an idol.

K looks like no idol lol. I will go bigger than a 125 when I move off campus. School is not that important to me as I got my dream job. Not the best job but it is very high paying, but not something your parents would be proud about. School is just a cover up, plus its 20 minutes away from work and I'm close to my coworkers.
