Cocopods and others

Hello everyone I’m Maryam and new here , my tank is 8 months old mixed reef style , I’m good with parameters and was away for two weeks while I had someone taking very good care of my tank , once on return I see this material on the side walls and growing in big single and colony like infestations in the sump . They look like worms , but the ones on the tank like one spots . I’ve seen so many video about how good coco pods are for the tank but are These cocopods?? I rushed to make a water change and scrubbed the sump. But need to know if it’s ok and I should add a dragonette to clear this !? ( don’t seem to figure out how to attach a photo..) thanks for help

Parameters wise salinity 1,026 , No 12 , Po .25 !! ( it’s elevated , so I’m dosing with elirapid phos from tropic marine just a small amount ) , mag 1320 , Ca 440 , Kh 9
