yes i used all of them and even some meds to help him eat. wasnt eating that often.

I'm sorry about your clown battman. I'm wondering if you have something in your tank that did that to him. Especially since you found another gash on the top of his head.

well the first gash was from the DT and the second one was found while he was in the QT. probably cut himself on the rock that i had in the qt. i will not put those rocks back in the dt. possibly a parasite that was in the QT at the time, none of my other fish or inverts are ill or have gashes on them. So i do not understand how he got sick. But i guess its a part of having a sw tank for the first time. i never had any problems with sick fish before in fw.

The red marks you saw weren't gashes, they were signs of a bacterial infection. It seems that he wasn't about to heal from the first one and the infection spread. I'm sorry
