The rapid breathing is a serious symptom. It could be velvet or Brooklynella as mentioned. The eroded dorsal fin is also a problem, that is most likely a severe bacterial infection, but there is also a rare fungus that can cause that.

The treatment of choice, is formalin, but I doubt you will be able to find any of that available in time to help your fish (various governments around the world have restricted its use because it is pretty dangerous to people).

Less effective, but a lot easier, would be to try a five minute freshwater dip. That may help temporarily with the rapid breathing, and may help with the fungus. It will not help if the issue is bacterial.

thank u . This little guy didn’t make it . Now the anemone he was using is splitting . My tank is cycled only about 3 months . What do u recommend me doing with it ?

I can’t tell, is the anemone everting it’s mouth? Could there be a water quality issue?

Well my water qualities are good , Mabey it’s because this tank just isn’t cycled enough I only had it running for 3 months .. here’s a updated picture of my anemone , I came home and it was closing up.. idk . Do you think it’s dying ?

It is bleached, and I can see some mesentery filaments coming out of its mouth., If it isn't partially dead now, I think it soon will be. Is it still attached to the rock? If you can bring the anemone and the rock to the surface, you can give it the "nose test"...if you smell any signs of decay, you would want to remove the anemone.
