I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Can you purchase a battery-powered aerator? Maybe from Ace, Walmart, or even Amazon? In the meantime, you could agitate the water surface regularly (every few hours). With the weather not to high in temps in CFL right now, you might be able to make it until you regain power.

I have a battery powered aerator and thought it’d be fine but I still lost three fish yesterday and don’t want anymore to die

Try taking a cup and filling it and dumping it in your tank to create some air. If you stand and keep recycling the water like that and getting them air they might hold on. Try to fit the biggest cup you can into your aquarium to move a lot of water.
