Pic fuzzy but looks like a bacterial issue but can also be associated with brooklynella but need clearer pic to confirmCan someone help me ID this disease? I noticed a spot on this guys fin a few weeks ago but didn’t think it was anything until I saw this today.

Can you give some more information? How old is the clown, any other symptoms (breathing, etc), any other fish sick?, was it quarantined? Can you point out the 'spot on the fin'? (if you can take a new picture)?

Clownfish is about 1.5 years old, has been in the tank for over year. Accepting pellets though only a few at a time and then backs off (usually gets as many as possible), breathing seems normal. He’s the only fish in the tank since the Diamond goby jumped out… goby was recently introduced without quarantine.

See the violent flashing he’s doing. I did a FW dip hoping it would go away but 15 minutes later he’s clearly still very bothered by whatever it is.
Any advice? Seems to be happening fast. I dosed ruby rally pro to the tank, I own metro, a peroxide salt and prazi as well. No qt.
Can I do a high dose ruby bath? Or metro bath?

The skin lesions look like mechanical damage, but I can't account for that because it is the only fish in the tank.
Black clown show up ANY skin mucus quite clearly due to the color contrast. These spots might not even be visible on a white/orange clown.
In the video, the spastic movement could be due to flukes. Those in turn can cause mild skin mucus due to irritation.
How long was the freshwater dip? Those can provide temporary relief, but that is not immediate, it takes about 24 hours for the skin to recover if there were flukes.

FW dip was 5 min. That should’ve gotten the flukes temporarily no? Just 15 minutes after the FW dip he was still spasming
And yeah I see no mucus or slime, just the damage.

Ruby Reef Rally pro would be a better option of the two, using peroxide properly really requires a test strip to monitor it.

Wow - that still looks 100% like mechanical damage. I can't see what you mention about the gill issues, but then, photos don't always show us what we need to see.
