Did you turn the lights on last night and wake them up? You might have stressed them some and that can cause some fish to pale out.
I didn’t turn it on, however midday I had turned it off because I was adding the yellow tang and he was spazzing out without the lights off. Then I slowly turned them back on each hour increasing the intensity by 15 till I got to 60 and then it slowly went back down as it usually does. The time of this video/photos was much after it had been turned off.

Can you post your full water quality parameters?

Jay
Temperature: 79.7

Ammonia: 0.1

salinity: 1.023

calcium: 429

pH: 7.9

Phosphate: 0.25 ppm

Alkalinity: 7.7 dKH

Nitrates (NO3): 0 ppm

However, today I woke up and he’s now looking normal again, is it possible he just gets that pale at night? or that my cleaner shrimp if he had a parasitic thing going on rid of it? because correct me if I’m wrong but brooks wouldn’t be so self limiting and instead only worsen.

Correct - brooklynella wont be self limiting.
The trace ammonia is odd, but may just be an artifact of your ammonia test.
Many fish do turn pale at night, other species may darken.
