Does anyone have an idea what is going on with my clown tang? One eye is fogged over and the left side of the fish is getting gross.

Looks like a bacterial infection. Treating with high quality foods + vitamins to boost the fish's immune system, and antibiotics.

there is a cut on the top of the head and scaling down the one side.
Tangs like to wedge themselves into the rocks at night. Cuts and scrapes are often the result, and since their eyes kinda protrude, they get scraped too.
The most gentle treatment is to dose the tank with plain USP epsom salts. 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water. Can re dose after a day or two.
