It doesn't seem like it's normal self, has been in the tank 1 week.

Usually darting around, eating up flakes when i drop them in, but today nothing.

Now it's in the sand bed mouth seems to be moving alot like its struggling to breathe or is this normal?

This unusual swim pattern and dots on skin can be ich but chief suspect may be early brooklynella. Typically there is signs of a mucus which generally starts at the facial area as well as gills and spreads across the body producing lesions as it progresses often confused with ich and can turn into secondary bacteria. Other symptoms will be lethargic behavior, refusing to eat and heavy breathing from the mucus.
Typical treatment is starting with a prolonged 60 minute bath of ruby rally pro then at a lower concentration in a quarantine tank. The longer the fish are exposed to the treatment, the more effective it will be at eliminating this issue.
Since a formalin solution is often not available for use, temporary relief can be achieved by giving the fish a FW bath or dip in water same temperature as display tank. Even though this treatment will not cure the disease, it can help to remove some of the parasites, as well as reduce the amount of mucus in the gills to assist with respiration problems.
Treatment is best done in a QT tank using either quick cure (more effective but now harder to find) or Ruby Rally Pro. Ruby takes a little longer and initial treatment generally takes 2-3 days to really start going to work.

It could have Brooklynella, but that disease is difficult to diagnose on white colored clownfish.

What other fish are in with it? do they show any symptoms?

Some might agree and some might disagree to this. All I can say is it’s worked for me in the past with things like this where it isn’t stress related and no real tell tale signs of disease/issues. Do a solid freshwater dip. It sounds like the clowns not doing well so this may not help but if there’s nothing else you can do, it’s worth a shot. Just a 3-5 minute fully freshwater dip, then back in the tank and monitor it. I’ve had visible ****birds come out of my fish and I’ve had them just bounce back to life without seeing anything physical come out. Idk just a suggestion but best of luck friend!

First an only fish : / came from ORA directly, was eating like a monster then fell ill.
Ugh, I use the presence of other fish in the tank, and their relative condition, to try to help diagnose the problem. With a single fish in a tank it literally could be any issue.

If it is still alive, I’d say just try coppersafe (no invertebrates) or rally pro.
