Hey guys, i finally received my lid. Have to say i am quite disappointed in it. First off i waited 8 weeks instead of the 4-6 i was quoted. They mention tooling issues, but that was in the 7th week? So it wouldn't have been ready before 7 weeks and shipped out after that anyway. And i requested a tight fit before i ordered as i was putting eels in it. They said no problem. I received a sloppy fit with a 5/16" gap side to side. They said that was within their parameters? Not quite a tight fit if you ask me. They said they would mail out spacers to glue in. Not quite what i was looking for on my brand new lid, but i said to mail them out anyway. No response, and a week later they are still not here. They did offer a refund, but i had already had my lfs order me in my eels based on the 4-6 week quote, so they had been holding them for weeks. After weeks of holding them already i couldn't ask them to hold even longer while i figure out what to do for a lid. So now i have tape keeping my lid centered on my tank. Glad you guys are all happy and posting your experience. Just letting you know my disappointing experience.

These guys are local for me - which is awesome - and just took delivery of my lid for the Reefer 170. To say the least, I'm very impressed with the build quality, attention to detail, and the new locker feeder door is awesome. This thing fits like a glove to the tank and maintains the clean finish/design of the Reefer. Kudos guys and now I just need you all to make a lid for the Reefer ATO container ;)

That looks amazing. Taking delivery of the Reef Savvy tomorrow and first thing I plan on doing is ordering these lids!

Does a 73" x 22" require center brace. I would like to avoid that because I have MH in the center. I guess it could be off center, if it is required.

That's good. Couple more questions:

1. How wide is the polycarbonate frame for this size lid? I am going to have it hanging on the 4" wide Euro brace. The tank is 84" x 30" x 24" tall peninsula.
2. Can a feeding door be made that is very small, like 5" long and 2" wide, so it would clear the MH in the middle and LED strips on the side.

Another amazing lid...my second. It's a perfect fit guys!

My tank is slightly off square. I took all kinds of measurements and sent in with my order and they did an amazing job. Well worth price!!!

I've also seen a lid on a rimmed Solana cube and was very impressed with how it made the overall look of the tank very finished and clean.

I have one of these lids on one of my tanks so I know how great they are. I need to order one for another tank but I would like to put an Apex feeder this go round. I tried searching like 10 pages back but could someone show me their apex setup for their lid? Is it just a slot? In one picture it even looked like the slot had a small lid for when not in use. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
