Ordered my lid for my 45 gallon JBJ Rimless AIO... just got my email for some cutout questions for cords equipment and such that I did even think about. I'm glad they said something as I would have realized after I recieved it. I can't wait for mine. Hopefully I get it in the next couple of weeks.

Cody is that you???? And then you make fun of me for buying expensive gadgets?? Look who's talking! lol =P

Can you you make these rectangle for tanks, like a 55g, 125g etc ?

We sure can, we make them for just about every tank. Please shoot us a PM with the make & model of your tank. Not all "standard" tanks are the same so we put together the quote based on that.

Thanks!

Do you see a top? :) :)

Works fantastic. Fits like a glove and the cutout for the APEX auto feeder is perfect. I am thinking of adding a small acrylic knob to the feeding door to make it easier to put back in without dropping the door into the tank. I think that could be the only area that could be improved on, the way the door attaches. The lip style support works well but I am clumsy and tend to drop the door into the tank lol!

I have a quick question:

I have a acrylic topper made by Tank Toppers before they went out of business. I'd like to know in the interest of a future purchase with you all if you can design a top that has several holes drilled in the perimeter as I prefer to string my tops with fishing line versus the traditional mesh?

Thank you.

I'm sure we can do this without issue. So if I understand your correctly, you would basically weave the fishing line making your own netting cover?

Yes correct. I'll PM a pic of what I currently have for reference as I wouldn't post a competitors product in this thread.

I got mine a couple of months ago for a CadLights 70G ArtisanII and it fits like a glove. If you have the budget, these tops are the best!

Great to hear Harold! We appreciate the compliment! As for your feed door clumsiness, try this if you haven't already... Instead of picking up the feed door from a corner or side try gently pushing straight down from the middle of the door on the side furthest from you. The door will 'pivot' on the tabs making it easier to more securely grab and remove the door from it's opening.

We hope you enjoy your lid!

Thanks Salty! Happy to see everything working out great =).

We've received a number of emails/calls asking how our new Feed Door Lockers work. Here's a couple pics which will hopefully help. The ring snap fits into keyed slots on the new feed doors. With tabs top and bottom this is designed and intended to prevent craftier escape artists from getting out of your tank through the feed door.

For even more added security, the locker ring can be glued into the keyed slots for a permanent install of preferred as well.

I get mine next week. They even modified it for me so I can still use the ai tank mount legs.

Hahahahah;asjdkf;lasjkd I'm dying over here. I know I know... what I get for knowing you! But like you, I like a nice tank and the gadgets.

Its not sooo temporary though, by the time I get the house done and the new tank up and running, its going to be mid next year is my guess.

And who knows, maybe a 45 gallon for my babies room.
