Can you give it time to open. It’s been less than 24 hrs for your single head repunzel that you ordered that I generously gave you a double head.

Also sir, a photo of the torch in original packaging upon delivery would be the correct way to show a problem with the order. Not on the site, in your tank the following day. Either way, let’s see how it turns out and we can make it right. See how easy that was rather than trying to bash my sales post without coming to me first for a resolution?

Im not bashing your sales post, when i send you a dm you dont seem to answer until i comment on this thread. A pic of the original packaging isnt the issue its the receding flesh and visible skeleton and that photo was taken the same day. now its about 24 hours later and its still not opening.

It’s just awkward that there’s full deep flesh along the whole torch besides that corner. That’s why a picture in the shipping cup upon delivery would be helpful. Shows that the coral was shipped to you in that condition not mishandled at home or something (not saying it was). What time do your lights come on?

The 2 other torches came in great condition and the shipping was good, in a cup fastened down, the repunzel came rubberbanded to styrofoam and dropped inside a copeopod container not fastened down just bouncing around. And the lights come on at 8am ramping up slowly until 10am

Ah dang I’m sorry about not hitting send it just showed up when I looked. But I did get your message and acted upon it immediately. But like I said. Yes sorry was dealing with a busted pipe in bathroom. We’re also experiencing bad weather here in PA which I believe I told you. Monday orders will be shipped out and I’ll have yours sent. I’ll get you tracking info tonight for Monday delivery

FYI, next time post a couple of pictures, the one you posted and another one of that actual side. You can tell if the damage/receding is old or new. If the skeleton is brown like the rest of the skeleton then its old. If its new it would be whiter. And if it was recently damaged you can tell from broken parts around the crown showing white etc.
