Clear/White anemone in sump, help ID

Can anyone ID this thing that’s growing in my sump? There’s tons of them and I’m curious whether or not they are good or bad? Name growing in the higher flow area of my roller mat, don’t really see it anywhere else besides right there.

Look like Aiptasia to me.

I don’t have a sump, so I leave it to others to advise on removal. I personally would get rid of them, but I would want to do it in a way that reduced the chance of them releasing spores that could migrate to your display.

get F Aptasia, if for no other reason then for the hypodermic….
if/when the bottle is finished I just use vinegar …honestly from my observations the efficacy seems identical
