Well I got a bit of a shock this morning- one of our cleaner shrimp attacked a small Blue Chromis and looked as if it was eating it. The BC seemed stunned after being released by the shrimp but has now recovered and doesn’t seem the worse for wear. I didn’t think CUC shrimp attacked fish although our two are quite aggressive in the tank especially around feeding time. Anyone else seen this type of behaviour?

I’d check to see if the chromis is ill, it’s not super common for fish to allow the cleaner shrimp to clean them in an aquarium setting. I’m not saying it’s impossible but it’s not common to see that unless the fish is ill and doesn’t have the energy to get away.

Hmm mine used to ride around on my tangs and my my blue throat trigger loved getting cleaned. I have noticed they did more cleaning when I had two vs one. I no longer keep them because I got tire of covering up corals so the shrimp wasn't able to dig food out of their insides.
