Cleaner shrimp died

....actually, it apparently underwent a molting process. The "carcass" floating in the water wasn't really him! This is my first time experiencing this! Lol. How often does this happen?

It happens a lot...if I am correct (I know I am for at least a few species specifically peppermint shrimp) they become female for a short time after molting then switch back to male...so if you have more than one you may end up with one carrying eggs soon.

I only have one. I was in what-the-****-mode til I saw him pop out from behind a rock!
