Chemiclean and Activated Carbon

Hi all.

Run chemiclean in my tank for 48 hours and forgot to take out my activated carbon.

Is it pretty much ineffective in the presence of activated carbon?

Not sure whether to restart the process or keep going?

My Cyano looks less abundant but not gone.

The antibiotic in it can bind to activated carbon, so you may need to pull the carbon out and redose.
