I always like to suggest acans for beginners since you can glue them close to each other, the have a good feeding response, fairly hardy as well!

Echinatas are aggressive. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have plenty of space for them

REcently acan got a name change to micromussa so it can be confusing. So for hobby sake you can generally treat acana and micromussa as the same just each have different polyp sizes. Echinata can not touch acans or micromussa however.
